Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with MotionRivalry. We strive to provide confidence in every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return or exchange service.

1. Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that special products (see "Exceptions" below) may be subject to different policies.

2. Return Requirements
To successfully complete a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must not be used, worn, or damaged.

The item's tags and labels are intact and come with the original packaging (including the box, accessories, QR code card, etc.).

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

3. Non-Return Circumstances
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:
Items that are used, worn, damaged, or have incomplete packaging, or any other condition that could imply a resale status, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Special sale, clearance, or discounted items (if clearly marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns or Exchanges") are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any product not provided by us.

Products that have exceeded the 30-day return period.

4. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Contact Us: During the return period, please email [infodesk@motionrivalry.com] and provide your order number, name, name of the returned item and reason, and attach a photo of the item.

Waiting for Confirmation: Our customer service staff will review your request within 1-3 business days and email you the results, along with the return address and instructions.

Returning Items: Please return the item to the address provided using a courier service with tracking information. We strongly recommend that you insure your package to prevent loss or damage in transit. We reserve the right not to process items returned without our confirmation.

Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method doesn't support a refund (for example, certain cash on delivery orders), we will negotiate a solution with you via bank transfer or other methods.

5. Shipping Costs
For reasons on our part (such as wrong or missing items, or quality issues): we will cover the return shipping costs. We can provide a collect service or arrange a shipping fee transfer.

For personal reasons on the part of the customer (such as dislike, unsatisfactory product features, or over-ordering): you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Initial Shipment: If the entire order is returned for reasons other than quality issues and the original order was eligible for free shipping, we may deduct the actual initial shipping costs from the refund.

6. Exchange Policy
If you require an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above. We will re-ship the original item upon receipt. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

7. Refund Time
The time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account depends on your payment method and bank's processing speed. It typically takes 5-15 business days. Please be patient.
